Whisk Bliss Gluten Free Gift Pack Giveaway! Ends 5/11

It's not easy to cook from scratch when you are on a gluten-free diet, since most dishes usually require the use of flour somewhere in the recipe. But now those on gluten-free diets can make and enjoy creamy soups, and savory dishes that would usually require the use of flour with "Shirley J's" new Whisk Bliss Gluten Free.
Check out creamy the Whisk Bliss Becomes!

Whisk Bliss is a just-add-water universal cooking base that creates a cream sauce that can be used in place of cream sauces, canned cream soups, milk and other cream sauce components in hundreds of recipes. It's so easy to use the Whisk Bliss Gluten Free, check out these are two tasty (and simple!) dishes made using it:

Broccoli Cheese Soup

1 1/2 c. Shirley J Whisk Bliss Gluten Free

1 lbs Fresh Broccoli Cut Into Bite-Size Pieces
6 c. Water
3 c. Cheddar Cheese, Grated

In large stock pot combine broccoli and 3 cups of the water, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Add remaining water and Whisk Bliss Gluten Free and stir well. Bring mixture back to a boil and add cheese, simmer for 3-5 minutes. Serve. Garnish individual bowls of soup with shredded cheese, if desired.

2 tsp Shirley J Chicken Bouillon
1 c. Shirley J Whisk Bliss Gluten Free
4 Large Zucchini
4 c. Water
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 c. Sun Dried Tomatoes(chopped, drained)
1 c. Cooked Shrimp(peeled and deveined)

Wash zucchini thoroughly. Using a vegetable stripper (or by hand) cut zucchini into long thin, spaghetti like, julienne strips, do not use the seeds. Place zucchini “noodles” into a bowl covered with cold water, set aside.

For sauce, combine Whisk Bliss Gluten Free with water in a medium sauce pan. Stir and bring to a slow boil. Reduce heat, add garlic, tomatoes and cooked shrimp. Simmer for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile select a large pot and a colander. The colander should fit into the pot. Fill pot ¾ full with water; add chicken bouillon to the water, stir and bring to a boil. To cook noodles, quickly blanch zucchini strips in boiling water by placing them into the colander and immersing into boiling water for 30 seconds or less. Quickly drain noodles and place in pasta bowl or directly onto serving plate. Top noodles with sauce.

There are hundreds more recipes on Shirley J's website. (As you search their website, recipes that call for Whisk Bliss Original can be substituted for Whisk Bliss Gluten Free. The products are the same in form, taste and function, just one is gluten free.)
