New research shows that an aspirin a day may significantly reduce the risk of several cancers and stop cancer from spreading. Many already take low-dose aspirin to prevent heart attacks and strokes. But there are some risks involved, including stomach bleeding. However, these new cancer studies, found that bleeding risks fell over time, and cancer prevention benefits rose over time. The most widely used low-dose aspirins are St. Joseph and Bayer. These studies are a good way to open the dialoguewith your doctor.
