Whisk Bliss is a just-add-water universal cooking base that creates a cream sauce that can be used in place of cream sauces, canned cream soups, milk and other cream sauce components in hundreds of recipes. It's so easy to use the Whisk Bliss Gluten Free, check out these are two tasty (and simple!) dishes made using it:

Broccoli Cheese Soup

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 c. Shirley J Whisk Bliss Gluten Free

1 lbs Fresh Broccoli Cut Into Bite-Size Pieces
6 c. Water
3 c. Cheddar Cheese, Grated

DIRECTIONS:

In large stock pot combine broccoli and 3 cups of the water, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Add remaining water and Whisk Bliss Gluten Free and stir well. Bring mixture back to a boil and add cheese, simmer for 3-5 minutes. Serve. Garnish individual bowls of soup with shredded cheese, if desired.

ZUCCHINI NOODLES AND SHRIMP IN CREAMY TOMATO SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:
2 tsp Shirley J Chicken Bouillon
1 c. Shirley J Whisk Bliss Gluten Free
4 Large Zucchini
4 c. Water
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 c. Sun Dried Tomatoes(chopped, drained)
1 c. Cooked Shrimp(peeled and deveined)

DIRECTIONS:

Wash zucchini thoroughly. Using a vegetable stripper (or by hand) cut zucchini into long thin, spaghetti like, julienne strips, do not use the seeds. Place zucchini “noodles” into a bowl covered with cold water, set aside.

For sauce, combine Whisk Bliss Gluten Free with water in a medium sauce pan. Stir and bring to a slow boil. Reduce heat, add garlic, tomatoes and cooked shrimp. Simmer for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile select a large pot and a colander. The colander should fit into the pot. Fill pot ¾ full with water; add chicken bouillon to the water, stir and bring to a boil. To cook noodles, quickly blanch zucchini strips in boiling water by placing them into the colander and immersing into boiling water for 30 seconds or less. Quickly drain noodles and place in pasta bowl or directly onto serving plate. Top noodles with sauce.
